Although over 70% of the earth’s surface is covered by water, only a very small percentage of that water is the fresh water that you use in your everyday life. Because of that fact and rising water bills you may be looking for ways to conserve water. One of the best ways to do that is to buy a toilet that does not use as much water when it flushes. So, if you’re looking for a silent and high efficient toilet, keep reading our Niagara Toilet Review.
The high efficiency flushing technology this toilet uses is not the only good thing about it either. It’s a very innovative toilet overall. Let’s take a closer look at it.

List of important features of Niagara Stealth Toilet
It only takes the Niagara Stealth toilet a very low 0.8 gallons per flush. That is among the lowest amount of gallons per flush you will ever see from any toilet. In a normal household that will add up to hundreds of gallons of water being saved each year. You will help protect a precious resource and save money on your water bill at the same time.
Pressure Assisted Flush
One of the problems with most water conserving toilets is that they do not always flush the bowl clean. This is especially true when there is fecal matter in the toilet bowl. That is not a problem with the Niagara Stealth toilet because its flush is pressure assisted. With the design of this toilet the water is jettisoned into the bowl with a much greater force than normal toilets.
Certified High Efficiency
A toilet has to pass a test before it can be certified as a true high efficiency toilet (HET). The Niagara Stealth toilet when tested dispersed almost twice the required amount of miso paste that it requires to be a HET certified toilet. That means it has a very effective flush the first time and should not require a second flushing. This well-designed toilet is actually classified as an ‘ultra-high efficiency’ toilet because of how well it flushes.
Made From Vitreous China
This is one of the most durable materials that a toilet can be made from. The last thing you want is to have problems with your toilet developing cracks or chipping easily over time. This toilet will hold up well as you install it and also last you well into the future. Vitreous china is also a very good looking toilet material that will keep its milky sheen the entire time it’s in your bathroom.
Elongated bowl design
It is this creative bowl design that enables the toilet to flush properly even with a reduced amount of water. The extended bowl measures 8 inches in diameter, 14 inches in width and 18 ½ inches in length. These are very unusual dimensions for a toilet bowl.
Dual Flush technology
The Niagara Stealth toilet has not one but two distinct flush settings. You can save even more water when you push the button only far enough to activate the ½ flush mode. This is made possible by the fact this toilet has innovative dual flushing channels.
Niagara Stealth Toilet FAQs
Question: Does the Niagara Stealth toilet come with everything you need for installation?
Answer: the answer to this question is no. There are a few extra things you need to install it and get it working. Some you would expect and yet others you would expect to be included.
For one it does not include the wax seal that goes between the bottom of the bowl and the toilet drain. There is also no toilet seat included and this is done intentionally so you can select the toilet seat of your choice. One of the things we were surprised did not come with it is the bolts that hold the toilet in place on the floor.
Question: How is the toilet bowl water depth? Is it different than most normal flushing toilets since it is a water saving toilet?
Answer: The way the elongated bowl is designed the water level appears to be very similar to that of a regular flushing toilet. It is the volume of water that is flushed that is the difference in a high efficiency toilet and it has nothing to do with the water level in the bowl.
Question: What is the height of this toilet from the seat to the floor? I am not a tall person and I wonder if it can be installed in my young children’s bathrooms too.
Answer: Most toilets are an industry standard 17 inches from the seat to the floor and the Niagara Stealth toilet is no different. The only other factor in that distance would be the height of the toilet seat you add to it. If you don’t add a thick padded toilet seat it should not affect that height much at all.
Question: Since this toilet is a unique design does that mean it is harder to install than a standard toilet
Answer: No this toilet is not any harder to install. It installs just like any other toilet and also uses the same 12 inch rough in for the drain. Many people are under the perception that since it has a pressurized flush it needs an extra water hook up or something but that is not the case.
Our final thoughts on the Niagara toilet
We really liked the overall design of this toilet and the way it flushes. It was really hard not be impressed with the way it both looks and works. It certainly is a very creative and innovative design as far as toilets are concerned. It seems to be a toilet that will pay for itself over the years in the money you will save on your water bill too. This toilet will also add to the looks of any bathroom environment that it is placed in. It was hard for us to imagine anyone who would be disappointed with the Niagara Stealth toilet after purchasing it.
